Meet Our Team

Steve Warner / Owner
Steve is owner and President of Home Care Solutions.   He is committed to expanding the legacy of excellent live-in care that began over 20 years ago.  Steve’s leadership guides the operations for Home Care Solutions — maintaining relationships with Clients, partners, and the communities in which we serve.

Darlene Asher / Staffing Coordinator
Darlene is responsible for staffing the Home Health Aides with our Clients.  The caregivers, Clients and Client’s families have frequent interactions with Darlene regarding the schedules; she is also available to handle any concerns regarding the ‘matching’ of our caregivers with Clients. Darlene is exceptionally resourceful in her efforts to create a schedule that meets everyone’s needs.

Claire Lish / Office Manager
Claire touches every aspect of operations at HCS.  Her organizational and “people skills” serve to advance Home Care Solutions’ mission.  Claire is also responsible for finance and compliance at HCS.

Christine Petterson / Service Coordinator
As the Service Coordinator, Christine is responsible for marketing Home Care Solutions in the community and sharing information about our services — the “face” of HCS in the market. She also assists in coordinating the HHA’s schedules making sure our Client’s and caregivers’ needs are being met.

Jodi Melsness, RN / Director of Nursing
Jodi is the Director of Nursing at Home Care Solutions. She is the primary decision-maker both for the employees we hire and the cases we accept. She performs assessments, develops Client Care Plans, and promotes continuity of safe, appropriate care through care management. Jodi trains and supervises our professional and paraprofessional clinical staff.

Nicole Wacker, RN / Asst. Director of Nursing
Nicole conducts supervisory visits, medication set-ups and performs our assessments and promotes continuity of safe, appropriate care through care management.  Nicole also trains and supervises our professional and paraprofessional clinical staff.

Autumn Mikalojczyk, Ellen Janda, Sherri Lewis, Jean Jenson:  Registered Nurses / Visiting Nurses

Autumn, Ellen, Sherri and Jean assist the Directors of Nursing with supervisory visits, medication set-ups, Home Health Aide training and communication with Client medical staff. The Visiting Nurses apply their years of experience as Registered Nurses in a variety of settings to add a unique dimension to our clinical department.

Holly Schroeder / Quality Assurance Supervisor and HHA Recruiter
Holly is responsible for Home Health Aide compliance and their delivery of quality care — managing HHA performance to meet our agency’s high standards. Her duties include: scheduled and unannounced home visits, Client chart audits, coaching caregivers to advance their skills, assisting the Nurses during new employee orientation, and HHA recruitment.
