Dedicated to caring for seniors throughout her entire life, Sullivan recognized the need for quality home care for the elderly. Her passion for elder home care, coupled with her entrepreneurial desire and her dedication to top-quality service has allowed Home Care Solutions to thrive. Tamara's servant leadership philosophy continues to guide the decisions for Home Care Solutions, its Clients, partners and the communities in which we serve.

Julie Hanson / Office Manager

Through her marvelous organizational abilities and her compassion and dedication to Home Care Solutions' mission, Julie provides an integral role in coordinating the activities of our busy office. She not only ensures that the day to day job of managing our business is on task, but she plays a pivotal role in connecting our Clients, referral partners and staff with the resources they need to serve our Clients and each other.

Christine Petterson / Staffing Manager

As Staffing Manager, Christine knows that a positive relationship is key to the success of any live-in care. She works diligently, on our Clients' behalf to ensure that a natural chemistry exists between our Home Health Aides and Clients. It is because of Christine's concerted efforts that Home Care Solutions maintains a record of successfully matching Clients with caregivers from the onset of each new partnership.

Jodi Melsness, RN / Director of Nursing

Jodi is the Director of Nursing at Home Care Solutions. She is the primary decision maker both for the employees we hire and the cases we accept. She performs our assessments, develops Client Care Plans, and promotes continuity of safe, appropriate care through care management. Jodi teaches, trains, and supervises our professional and paraprofessional clinical staff.

We are grateful for Jodi's vast experience, intuition and expertise in patient care which translates to confident, compassionate and fair choices for all of us. Jodi contributes greatly to our success - taking great pride in providing the quality of care that makes Home Care Solutions the shining star in home care.

Rosanna Hruska, RN / Visiting Nurse

Rosanna Hruska is a Visiting Nurse. She assists the Director of Nursing in doing supervisory visits, medication set ups and provides “on-call” coverage. Rosanna's varied experience as a Nurse in multiple settings adds a unique dimension to our clinical department. Her even natured personality provides a balanced position from which to work efficiently with our Clients, their families and our caregivers.

Maureen Casperson LPN / Visiting Nurse

Maureen is a Visiting Nurse. She also assists the Director of Nursing in doing supervisory visits and medication set ups. Maureen is also available to train and / or coach our cargivers if a need arises. She is good at troubleshooting challenging situations and finding alternative solutions during a crisis. Our staff can contact her to provide support (personal or professional) as they care for our Clients. Her many years of experience are truly an asset as she is out and about seeing to the needs of our Clients and staff.


Connie Johnson / Quality Assurance Supervisor

It is Connie's responsibility to ensure that the level of service the staff of Home Care Solutions provides meets our agency's high standards. Her duties include: scheduled and unannounced home visits, Client chart audits, coaching and training our caregivers to increase their skill levels, assisting the nurses during new employee orientation, and assisting management staff in identifying new and better ways of maintaining the excellent quality services Home Care Solutions is known for. Connie has a pleasant approachable personality and a lifetime of experiences to draw from in her quest to fulfill her role in this very important position.
