With a keen foresight for future trends, a desire to “do it better than anyone else”, and a passion to succeed, owner Tamara Sullivan founded Home Care Solutions in 1996. Dedicated to caring for seniors throughout her entire life, Sullivan recognized the need for quality home care for the elderly. Her passion for elder home care, coupled with her entrepreneurial desire and her dedication to top-quality service has allowed Home Care Solutions to thrive. Tamara’s servant leadership philosophy continues to guide the decisions for Home Care Solutions, its Clients, partners and the communities in which we serve.

Through her marvelous organizational abilities and her compassion and dedication to Home Care Solutions’ mission, Julie provides an integral role in coordinating the activities of our busy office. She not only ensures that the day to day job of managing our business is on task, but she plays a pivotal role in connecting our Clients, referral partners and staff with the resources they need to serve our Clients and each other.

After starting his career as a holistic health professional and then moving on to small business ownership, Bryan joins the team with a pragmatic and all-inclusive perspective on the relationship between aging, health, and creating powerful care teams. The thoroughness he developed while caring for patients of all ages, translates perfectly to senior home care.

Christine Petterson is our Service Coordinator. As the Service Coordinator, Christine is responsible for marketing Home Care Solutions in the community and sharing information about our services. She also assists in coordinating the H.H.A.’s schedules making sure our Client’s and caregiver’s needs are being met.

Jodi Melsness, RN / Director of Nursing

Jodi is the Director of Nursing at Home Care Solutions. She is the primary decision maker both for the employees we hire and the cases we accept. She performs our assessments, develops Client Care Plans, and promotes continuity of safe, appropriate care through care management. Jodi teaches, trains, and supervises our professional and paraprofessional clinical staff.

We are grateful for Jodi’s vast experience, intuition and expertise in patient care which translates to confident, compassionate and fair choices for all of us. Jodi contributes greatly to our success – taking great pride in providing the quality of care that makes Home Care Solutions the shining star in home care.

Jean Jenson, Sandy Zahasky: RN/ Visiting Nurses

Jean and Sandy are Visiting Nurses. They assist the Director of Nursing in doing supervisory visits, medication set-ups, and provide “on-call” coverage. Their years of experience as nurses in multiple settings add a unique dimension to our clinical department.

Connie Johnson / Quality Assurance Supervisor

It is Connie’s responsibility to ensure that the level of service the staff of Home Care Solutions provides meets our agency’s high standards. Her duties include: scheduled and unannounced home visits, Client chart audits, coaching and training our caregivers to increase their skill levels, assisting the Nurses during new employee orientation, and assisting management staff in identifying new and better ways of maintaining the excellent quality services Home Care Solutions is known for.

Darlene Asher & Sue Ellen Stephan, Staffing Coordinators

Darlene and Sue-Ellen are responsible for staffing the Home Health Aides with our Clients. They are the contact persons for questions regarding scheduling and time off. The caregivers, Clients and Client’s families have frequent interactions with Darlene and Sue-Ellen regarding the schedules and they are also available to handle any concerns or issues with the ‘matching’ of our caregivers with the Clients. They are very helpful and resourceful and will do everything they can to create a schedule that meets everyone’s needs.
